Use this activity at a team meeting to learn more about each other!

Print the following questions on index size cards. Shuffle them, and have each woman pick two or three cards, silently read the questions, and write a response to each one on the blank side of that card. Then gather the cards and read them aloud, seeing if you all can guess who wrote each response.

  • What’s something people do in traffic that irritates you?
  • What’s one way you “wasted time” in the past week?
  • What would your friends say you grumble about the most?
  • What’s something you believed as a child but no longer believe?
  • When you purchase something with cash, where do you put the change?
  • What’s the most recent compliment you’ve received?
  • How do you respond to rules?
  • What kitchen utensil do you use most often?
  • What’s one part of your morning routine you can’t live without?
  • What bad habit do you wish you could break?
  • What’s one fashion trend you hope never comes back?
  • What item do you currently have in the trunk of your car?

These conversation starters will help you dig a little deeper into each others lives, and in turn, strengthen your team.
