With ever-changing technology, many women feel overwhelmed trying to learn to use their cellphones, set up social networking sites, or use different software programs. Invite women who are computer-savvy to coach those who need a little help getting adjusted to new technology.

Here are 3 ways you can help:

  1. Offer classes for those in your church and community on how to set up and maintain a Facebook page or group, Twitter account, or other social networking site.
  2. Have someone walk women through using newer software, apps, or gadgets that might challenge them.
  3. Create a list of techy-girls who are willing to be on call for those who get stuck trying to figure out how to use new technology.
